We’re hiring for: International Partnership Manager

The lowdown on the role:

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive individual to support the delivery of global mystery shopping or survey projects across multiple accounts. In this role, you will be the key point of contact between our clients and global delivery partners, ensuring that all deliverables meet agreed schedules, quality standards, and service level agreements (SLAs).

When you’ll be working: You'll typically work 20 hours across the working week, Monday to Friday

What we’ll pay you: £35-40K FTE dependant on location & experience, along with a kick-ass bonus structure!

Duties and responsibilities

You will manage a small team and work closely with the Director to prioritise designated accounts, while also providing support across other mystery shopping or survey projects as needed. This is a primarily administrative and process-driven role, but it requires strong initiative, clear communication, and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.

As business needs evolve, there may be opportunities to increase your hours and take on a greater level of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support a small team to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.
  • Coordinate and manage the delivery of global mystery shopping projects across multiple client accounts.
  • Act as the main liaison between clients and delivery partners, handling work requests and responding to queries.
  • Monitor timelines and outputs to ensure compliance with SLAs and project requirements.
  • Work closely with the team’s Director to prioritise and allocate resources across accounts.
  • Flexibly support additional accounts based on workload and team capacity.
