Tradewind Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced educator for a Pupil Referral Unit in the central London borough ofKensington & Chelsea to start as soon as possible. For the right candidate, this school can be flexible on whether this role is full-time. The hours for this position are 8:30am until 3:30pm, with competitive rates of pay. The academy is looking for a candidate to support secondary students on a 1:1 and group basis who have Social and Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) needs and challenging behaviour. Key tasks include mentoring and empowering students, building their confidence and ability to stay focused in order to succeed academically and promote a positive education environment. The school is based in Kensington & Chelsea and is easily accessible by public transport with clear links on the underground and bus.

  • Hold previous experience working within SEN
  • Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
  • CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
