Secondary Learning Mentor / Teaching Assistant
Location: London
Contract: Full-time, Term-time only
We're currently working with a secondary school seeking a Learning Mentors/Teaching Assistants to join their team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about education, including recent graduates looking to gain classroom experience.
Key Tasks:
Support teachers with lessons and classroom activities
Provide one-to-one and small group academic support
Mentor students to help them overcome barriers to learning
Promote a positive and inclusive environment
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Experience with young people is an advantage but not essential
