Job Title: Commercial Operations Manager 

Location: South London 

Salary: £60,000 + 6K Car Allowance 

Contract Type: Social Housing

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5.30pm

We have an opportunity available for a sky's the limit candidate, who is not only looking to work amongst an award winning, 50 year old operating contractor, but who is also looking to work amongst a trail blazing, fast developing and rapid growing team.

YOU will be in the commercial operations team, with the post holder being expected to manage a team of heating, system, repair and service operatives, including reactive maintenance and repairs elements of contracts with boiler room plant, in house dwelling’s, water tanks, pumps, BMS, ventilation, commercial catering equipment, legionella requirements, communal laundry equipment and dry risers, along with ensuring works are completed correctly and on time, whilst managing the ppm and repairs elements of contracts to client specific KPI measurements inclusive of contractual compliancy.

YOU will be able to monitor and manage the operative’s performance and identify any training needs within the team. You will be customer focused, with good leadership and communication skills, and carry out your teamwork in a professional manner and to a high standard in accordance with with manufacturer and industry best practice, legislation and Group guidelines. You will work closely with the commercial administration teams to ensure that works are managed and customers are kept informed of any changes to planned attendance or completion of the work.

Qualifications & expectations Required

Qualifications

• A Level or NVQ 3 qualified Essential
• ACS qualifications - minimum of CCN1, CEN1, WAT1, (CENWAT), CKR1, CPA1 
• CODNCO1, CDGA1, CIGA1, CORT1, ICPN1, TPCP1, BMP1 & MET4 - Essential

Health & Safety

• Certificate of Management of Asbestos (1-day) Training Essential
• IOSH 4-day ‘Working Safely’ Training Certificate (or equivalent) Essential

Experience

• 3 years management experience Essential
• Previous Experience of Supervising a team >5 persons Essential
• Managing commercial aspects of a contract/business Essential
• Management of Gas Servicing contracts Desirable
