Overview: We are currently seeking a Client Onboarding Executive to join a leading law firm in Surrey. In this role, you will ensure a seamless and compliant onboarding experience for clients, focusing on client due diligence and anti-money laundering (AML) procedures.

Daily Duties:

· Ensure client documentation is accurate and up to date.

· Investigate client backgrounds, business activities, and ownership structures meticulously.

· Identify and escalate high-risk or suspicious profiles to the AML compliance team promptly.

· Collaborate with the team to streamline the client onboarding process effectively.

· Vigilantly monitor transactions and report any unusual activity to the AML team.

· Stay informed about evolving AML regulations and apply necessary updates in the onboarding process.

· Foster positive relationships with clients and guide them through CDD and AML requirements skillfully.

· Maintain accurate records of all CDD and AML activities for audits and reporting.

· Prepare comprehensive reports on compliance for senior management.

Skills/Experience:

· Experience in client onboarding, AML, and CDD checks (Essential)

· Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills

· Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently or in a team

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Familiarity with practice management systems (Advantageous)

· Background in legal or banking sectors (Desired)
