Are you an experienced legal support professional with a passion for property law? A well-established legal practice in South West London is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant to join their Residential Conveyancing team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive administrative and legal support throughout the property transaction process.
- Assist with case management from initial instruction through to exchange and completion.
- Open and manage electronic and paper files, including conducting conflict and ID checks.
- Liaise professionally with clients, estate agents, and solicitors.
- Maintain accurate records using a case management system.
- Minimum 18 months’ experience in a Residential Conveyancing department.
- Educated to at least GCSE level, including Maths and English.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel).
- Experience with case management systems and digital dictation is desirable.
- A hardworking, self-motivated individual with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
