Legal Administrative Assistant – Residential Conveyancing?? South West London?? Salary: Competitive?? Full-time | Office-based

Are you an experienced legal support professional with a passion for property law? A well-established legal practice in South West London is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant to join their Residential Conveyancing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and legal support throughout the property transaction process.
  • Assist with case management from initial instruction through to exchange and completion.
  • Open and manage electronic and paper files, including conducting conflict and ID checks.
  • Liaise professionally with clients, estate agents, and solicitors.
  • Maintain accurate records using a case management system.
Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 18 months’ experience in a Residential Conveyancing department.
  • Educated to at least GCSE level, including Maths and English.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel).
  • Experience with case management systems and digital dictation is desirable.
