Our client, a distinguished solicitors' practice in North West London, is seeking a Conveyancing Assistant to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Conveyancing Assistant or a motivated law graduate. This proactive individual will support the Commercial Conveyancing team, working alongside a senior solicitor on high-value transactions. This role offers ample scope for professional development and training will be provided.Key Responsibilities:* Drafting basic licences and ancillary legal documents* Preparing and submitting SDLT forms and Land Registry applications* Coordinating property searches and documentation* Keeping case files and systems up to date and compliant* Managing pre- and post-completion tasks* Liaising with clients, solicitors and lenders * Preparing documents for exchange and completionKey Requirements:* A law degree (essential)* Minimum 1 year of conveyancing experience (further training will be provided) * Proficient in Microsoft Word and legal software applications* Clear and confident written and verbal communication* Motivated and dependable team player* Eager to learn and grow professionally within the role* Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skillsThis is an excellent opportunity for a recent legal graduate.
