Junior Legal Secretary

Elite US law firm is looking to hire a new Junior Legal PA to join their ever-growing Mergers & Acquisitions team, you will have your own allocation in this position.

  • To £40,000

Main responsibilities of a Junior Legal Secretary will be involving a full mix of PA and traditional document creation/amending, which will include organising detailed travel arrangements, managing diaries and ensuring your Fee-Earners are updated and kept in the loop for meetings/itineraries on a daily basis,  editing marked-up documents, using firm templates, drafting emails/letters, opening and closing of general files and acting as a first point of contact for Fee-Earners. 

Junior Legal Secretary applicants require 1 year+ experience working within a busy corporate, company/commercial or similar department within a law firm, as well as strong organisational, communication and technical skills.  Plus, all candidates must be confident, proactive and have the ability to work well under pressure.
