We are working with a highly successful London based law firm and they are seeking a legal administrator to join them on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will join the corporate department and support the group with general administration tasks and assist with streamlining processes. You will be requited to attend the London office three days per week and work remotely from home for the other two.

You will carry out a variety of duties ranging from file opening and closing processes, photocopying and scanning, all aspects of the billing process and accounting processes as well as maintaining client files both electronically and in hard copy where required. Further duties include managing processes using the firm’s network IT systems and databases, including Filesite, Aderant, and Microsoft Office.

Applicants will have gained previous administration experience, ideally within a law firm or professional services. Excellent IT skills is paramount coupled with the ability work in fast paced environment.
