Legal Secretary - Disputes | US Law Firm | Hybrid 4/1 | Liverpool Street

Are you an experienced Legal Secretary with a strong background in litigation and disputes? Have you spent the last 5+ years supporting top-tier and reputable fee earners in leading City or US law firms?

We're delighted to be working with a prestigious US law firm based near Liverpool Street, renowned for its excellence in complex dispute resolution amongst other areas and its collaborative, high-performance culture. They're now seeking a confident, highly skilled Legal Secretary to join their busy Disputes team.

What does this role offer:

  • Hybrid working: 4 days in the office, 1 day from home
  • Prime Liverpool Street location
  • Competitive salary up to £55k-£57k DOE
  • Close-knit team with a strong reputation

Key Responsibilities:

  • High-level support to fee earners in the Disputes team
  • Document production and amending legal correspondence
  • Diary and inbox management
  • Coordination of travel and meeting arrangements
  • Opening new matters and client onboarding
  • Billing and time recording
  • Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 5 years' continuous experience in Disputes/Litigation
  • Proven track record at a top City or US law firm
  • Strong understanding of litigation processes and terminology
  • Professional, proactive and highly organised
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
