About the Company - I am excited to be recruiting for a US law firm based in an iconic London building in the heart of the City. They are looking for a Legal Secretary who can operate successfully in a pressurised and fast-paced environment to provide client and business-focused secretarial and administrative support to a small group of partners.

About the Role - They offer a very competitive agile working policy, 4 days a week in the office and 1 day from home, working the hours of 9:30 am - 5:30 pm (flexibility required).

Responsibilities:

  • Extensive diary and inbox management.
  • Client liaison.
  • Compliance and billing.
  • Travel management.
  • Coordinating Business Development activities.

Qualifications - The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience working within corporate at a notable international law firm, experience in managing diaries, a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
