Legal Secretary
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Secretary to join a highly regarded US law firm in their London office. Supporting a team of associates and Partners in their corporate group, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional client service and handling a variety of administrative and secretarial tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

Document preparation, proofreading, and formatting.

Managing diaries, calendars and scheduling meetings.

Handling client communications and maintaining databases.

Coordinating travel arrangements and processing expenses.

Assisting with billing, time entry, and financial documentation.
Requirements:

Strong secretarial experience in a legal environment (4-5 years preferred).

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and legal billing systems.

Ability to work under pressure and prioritise effectively.
