We’re working with a well-established and reputable law firm based in Central London, who are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Legal Secretary to join their busy Residential Conveyancing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced legal secretary who is confident supporting senior fee earners, managing complex conveyancing files, and ensuring a high standard of client service. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within a busy property department, and will have previously worked with LEAP case management software.

Typical duties would include:

  • Providing comprehensive secretarial support to solicitors and partners within Residential Conveyancing
  • Producing accurate documentation and correspondence through audio and copy typing
  • Managing file setup, progression, and post-completion processes efficiently
  • Liaising professionally with clients, solicitors, and third parties
  • Ensuring all administrative and compliance requirements are met to the highest standard

The successful candidate:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within Conveyancing
  • Confident user of LEAP and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Professional, proactive, and able to work effectively within a fast-paced team environment
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
