- Oversee day-to-day administrative procedures/systems. Devise ways to streamline processes to ensure optimal efficiency in areas, including:
- Managing the client onboarding process
- Acting as an escalation point for junior administrators
- To be able to deal with client issues and matters raised by solicitors
- Assisting with budget planning and tracking, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
- To have experience in an admin supervisory role within a law firm
- Firm understanding of legal administrative and compliance related processes
