We are working with a leading UK Law Firm who are looking for a Construction Paralegal to join their market leading team based in London.

Within this broad fee earning role, you will be expected to provide high quality assistance to the partners within the non-contentious Construction Department. This is a very exciting opportunity for a switched-on paralegal who is keen to build on their previous construction experience within a reputable firm.

Responsibilities include:

- Assisting with case management on a fee earning basis

- Drafting submissions for adjudication and arbitration proceeding

- Participating in court runs

- Undertaking legal research

- Assisting in drafting letters of claim, claim forms and Court applications

- Undertaking data room analysis

- Assist with due diligence work

The ideal candidate will have:

- Excellent academics

- A legal qualification (LLB or GDL)

- At least one years’ worth of experience in a similar role, within private practice

- Previous experience within a litigation department would be advantageous

- A can-do, positive attitude
