- Support the legal team in managing residential conveyancing matters through to completion.
- Handle a variety of residential transactions and assist with complex local authority land matters.
- Prepare and review legal documentation, conduct research, liaise with internal departments and external parties, and ensure the timely progression of files.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, procedures, and council protocols.
- A law-related qualification (LPC / LLM / LLB) would be essential for this role.
- Proven experience in residential conveyancing, ideally within a local authority setting.
- Demonstrable ability to manage a busy caseload and work under pressure to tight deadlines.
- A self-motivated, adaptable team player with excellent communication and organisational skills.
