Litigation Paralegal A dynamic and growing boutique law firm based in North West London is looking for a Litigation Paralegal to join their collegiate and fast-paced legal team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience from day one, with real client contact, case responsibility, and a clear path toward career progression.About the Role:This is a broad-ranging Litigation Paralegal position supporting fee earners with complex and varied caseloads. You will be involved in every stage of the litigation process – from client onboarding to court attendance – and will have the opportunity to take on real responsibility early in your career.Full-Time | Harrow, North West London | Office-BasedKey Responsibilities Include:
  • Drafting legal correspondence and court documents
  • Preparing and collating court bundles
  • Attending client meetings and court hearings
  • Conducting legal research and summarising findings
  • Managing files, AML checks, and administrative tasks
  • Handling new enquiries and providing initial quotes
About You:
  • You have completed the LPC, including the Advanced Dispute Resolution module
  • You have at least 12 months’ litigation paralegal experience
  • You are proactive, organised, and commercially minded
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • You are confident communicating with clients and colleagues at all levels
Requirements:
  • Strong academic background (minimum 2:1 degree and BBB at A-level or equivalent)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently
  • Strong IT skills, including MS Office and legal research tools
  • A solid understanding of Civil Procedure Rules
