Key Responsibilities

These will include but not limited to:-

· Supporting solicitors throughout transactions

· Conducting due diligence reports

· Preparation of transactional documents

· Taking new enquires

· Liaising with clients, other departments within the firm and external solicitors

· Research: conducting legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and precedents

Some previous experience across any area of law is needed.

A law degree is not essential, but it will be an advantage as will a background in a legal environment. The ideal candidate will be committed to a career in law and willing to hit the ground running.

You will be joining a very busy team so you will need to be energetic, enthusiastic, work well under pressure and be a good team player. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to demonstrate commitment and drive whilst delivering high quality service at all times.

Skills:- Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Proficient in conducting legal research using online databases and other resources- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)- Familiarity with legal document management software is a plus- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
