We are representing a successul Fintech business, looking to hire a Paralegal based in London. This role is ideal for someone with commercial contracts and co-sec experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts. This will involve establishing a contract framework
- Offering legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on contractual matters
- Staying up to date with relevant regulations and advising the company accordingly
- Company Secretarial matters including maintaining accurate company records, filing documents, organising board meetings and recording the minutes
Qualifications:
- A law degree (LLB) or equivalent legal qualification
- Paralegalling experience
- Extensive experience working on company secretarial matters and commercial contracts
