Paralegal Assistant

If you are a seasoned Paralegal Assistant then this position with a small but very successful firm of Solicitors is going to be perfect for you.

Some of your duties will include:

- Managing a portfolio of residential conveyancing client cases on a day to day basis

- Carrying out and checking pre-contract searches with the Land Registry

- Preparing transfer documentation and mortgage deeds as required

- Receiving and checking mortgage instructions and undertaking specific tasks as needed

- Dealing with all financial aspects of transactions and obtaining mortgage funds

- Paying stamp duty taxes and dealing with the registration of client and lender with Land Registry
