An exciting opportunity has arisen for a paralegal to join the projects and infrastructure team of a leading city based law firm. The successful candidate will provide legal support to the team on a variety of matters, including transactional real estate and asset management, construction, planning and environmental.

Daily duties will include paralegal support on a variety of projects and infrastructure matters, including commercial landlord and tenant queries and property management issues, conducting Land Registry searches, applications, and investigations as well as drafting various property documents and forms.

Candidates will have gained previous experience dealing with landlord and tenant issues in a law firm and will have completed a law degree or equivalent and the LPC or SQE preparatory courses. First class communication skills are essential coupled with the ability to work in a fast paced and pressurised environment.
