Key Responsibilities
·Lead conservation and creative reuse projects across all RIBA stages
·Prepare and submit planning and listed building consent applications
·Deliver technical design packages and oversee construction phases
·Manage and mentor junior architects within the team
·Collaborate with heritage consultants, clients, and external partners to achieve project excellence

What They're Looking For
·ARB Part 3 qualified with experience as a Project Architect in the UK
·Strong conservation expertise, with accreditation or a clear path toward RIBA/AABC accreditation
·Proficiency in AutoCAD and NBS software, with Revit experience highly desirable
·Strong project management, contract administration, and leadership skills
·In-depth knowledge of UK Building and Planning Regulations
