Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for a Senior Architect to join a multidisciplinary consultancy, in a permanent position (our client will also consider applications from contract candidates, outside IR35). You will be working on a hybrid basis from our client's London office, working on the technical delivery of RIBA stages 3-4 and onwards, on exciting fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead multi-sector architectural design with a focus on quality and compliance.
-Mentor junior team members and support their development.
-Coordinate with engineering, sustainability, and visualisation teams.
-Create impactful client presentations and design proposals.
-Integrate net-zero, MEP, and visual workflows for cohesive delivery.
-Support strategic growth and business development, especially in retail and education.
What we are looking for:
-Experience working on CAT B fit out projects is essential.
-Chartered Architect (e.g., RIBA) with proven experience in senior design roles.
-Strong leadership and team management experience.
-Proficiency in design and presentation software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
-Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead client relationships and presentations.
