Our client is an award-winning architectural practice specialising in luxury private residential and hospitality projects across the UK and internationally. Known for a meticulous approach and high standards, the team works on exceptional properties, often with historic significance, delivering bespoke design solutions tailored to each client.

Role & Responsibilities

Lead and deliver high-end private residential and hospitality projects from concept to completion
Manage client relationships and coordinate with a broad consultant team
Oversee technical design and detailing, ensuring quality and compliance with UK
Building and Planning Regulations
Mentor and manage junior team members
Undertake contract administration where required.

Required Skills & Experience

ARB-registered Architect with a minimum of 5 years' post-Part 3 experience in the UK
Proven experience delivering luxury private residential projects
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and NBS software
Strong technical design and detailing skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Organised, proactive, and detail-focused
Conservation and heritage project experience desirable.
