Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating permits in compliance with the New Roads and Street Works Act (NRSWA)
- Managing and reviewing permit applications from contractors and utilities
- Ensuring accurate reporting and tracking of permit applications
- Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project coordination
- Maintaining a database of permits and project documentation
- Providing guidance and support on NRSWA compliance issues
- Assisting in the resolution of conflicts and challenges related to permit applications
Job Requirements:
- Experience in project coordination within the Street Works sector
- Strong understanding of the New Roads and Street Works Act (NRSWA)
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Capability to work independently and within a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
