Jesses House is a family members club where children can play and adults can work, workout, and unwind. Following the successful launch of Jaegos House family club in Kensal, Jesses House offers the same daily escapism that parents and children have embraced at its big brother club. But like all younger siblings, it will have a personality thats entirely its own.

Responsibilities
Ensuring members are behaving accordingly.
Provide an enjoyable for our members.
Accurately complete records to track occupancy.
Consistently act safely around the pool
Always happy to support around the pool.
Always keep the pool area clean.
Ensure the pool test are carried out accurately and on time.
Work closely with Swim management.
Make sure the pool is ready for all swimming lessons to take place on time.
Identifying incorrect swimming techniques and intervening.
Ensure sessions run to time.
Assisting customers with enquiries in a friendly and effective manner
Cleaning on paid breaks
Requirements
IQL National Pool Qualification (RLSS), HABC Level 2 Award in PoolLifeguarding (RQF) or STA Professional Award for PoolLifeguard(RQF) qualification
Exceptional communication skills and experience in a customer facing environment.
Flexibility as lessons take place in the am/pm, weekends are also required to meet the needs of the business.
The ability to work as part of a team.
The ability to deliver high quality service with minimal supervision.
DBS certificate holder or be able to provide information to enable this to be obtained prior to start date.
Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract
Pay: £14.00 per hour
