Logistics Administrator - Mandarin Speaking

Full time - London - ON SITE

Randstad are currently working in collaboration with a successful marketing business, working full time in Central London. This busy, successful and expanding international business are seeking an experienced, knowledgable, mandarin speaking and motivated Logistics Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis to support the smooth running of a busy department.

Key responsibilities of the Logistics Administrator includes:

  • To support and provide direct communication to top sellers on logistics related topics to ensure
    they have a frictionless operational experience as well as providing guidance on platform rules
    and regulations.

  • Responsible for written communication to aid top sellers on all logistics related enquiries to
    ensure high satisfaction on their logistics usage and promote their continuing use.

  • Coordinate with logistics and cross-functional teams to provide resolutions to seller issues
    within SLAs.

  • Address escalations within targeted resolution times to ensure satisfaction, identifying root
    causes and promote changes to prevent further escalations.

  • Use internal tools to address queries and education to sellers, performing adhoc data
    consolidation as necessary.

  • Coordinate with outsourced agents and ensure front-line teams deliver best in class quality
    experience and resolution - meeting the sellers' expectations.

Key skills

  • Excellent digital written communication skills.
  • Experience in a customer service environment and/or handling escalations.

  • Comfortable with a fast-paced environment.

  • Thrives in a fast paced environment

  • Problem solver

  • High attention to details

  • Tech saavy - comfortable using new tools with limited instructions.

  • Basic understanding of ecommerce shipping and warehousing.

  • Secondary language is a plus - Mandarin, Spanish, German, Italian, or French.

Preferred skills/qualifications:

  • Graduate or 1 year exp working within ecommerce logistics
