Job Title: Vehicle Logistics Front Office Support

Location: London, UK

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the central point of contact for the UK Dealer Network and RSM’s/Fleet departments regarding vehicle delivery and registration queries.
  • Liaise daily with logistics suppliers to ensure timely processing and delivery of vehicles.
  • Assist internal departments with information requests related to vehicle logistics and registration.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers.
  • Document and review Vehicle Logistics processes to drive continuous improvement.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English (Essential).
  • Ability to work under pressure (Essential).
  • Experience in Finished Vehicle Logistics (Desirable).
  • Proficiency in computer and software applications (Excel, Word).

Contract Type: 1-year fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension and potential to become permanent.

Salary: Negotiable
