We are seeking an enthusiastic Operations & Logistics Manager to manage the storage and deployment of event equipment, and ensure the smooth operation of our events. Day-to-day of the role:
  • Manage the storage and deployment of event equipment efficiently.
  • Handle the collection and delivery of food and equipment for various events.
  • Oversee the management of catering hire orders.
  • Ensure practical preparation for events is effectively handled, including problem-solving as needed.
  • Work independently and interact directly with clients, providing exceptional service.
  • Drive the company van as part of the role.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Full driving licence is essential.
  • Experience in operations or logistics management, preferably within the events or catering industry.
  • Ability to work independently and take on responsibilities quickly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends during busy periods, balanced with time off during quieter times.
