This role focuses on enhancing global commercial partnerships, operational efficiency, and strategic supplier relationships, which are key to shaping our international brand. We're transforming procurement and finance, utilizing tools like Oracle to deliver exceptional value.

The Role

As Procurement Manager, you'll lead sourcing and contract management across categories such as Consultancy & HR, Property & Facilities Management, and Technology. You'll optimize supplier performance, manage risk, drive cost savings, and align procurement strategies with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Sourcing: Lead the end-to-end sourcing process across key procurement categories, delivering best-value solutions and fostering long-term supplier relationships.
  • Category Management: Develop and implement robust category plans, informed by market insights, spend analysis, and internal business needs.
  • Supplier Management: Manage supplier performance, resolve issues, and build strong, value-based partnerships that support business performance and innovation.
  • Contract Negotiation: Own the negotiation of commercial terms, working closely with Legal and Risk teams to ensure compliance and protect our interests.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the trusted advisor for stakeholders across the business, providing procurement expertise and strategic guidance.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on procurement KPIs, including cost savings, supplier performance, and risk mitigation efforts.
  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities align with our policies, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.
What You’ll Bring
  • MCIPS qualification (or working towards it).
  • Proven experience in procurement leadership, ideally within a global or multi-site environment.
  • Strong background in sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
  • Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • High-level communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across time zones and cultures.
