The RoleAs Procurement Manager, you'll lead sourcing and contract management across categories such as Consultancy & HR, Property & Facilities Management, and Technology. You'll optimize supplier performance, manage risk, drive cost savings, and align procurement strategies with business goals.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Sourcing:Â Lead the end-to-end sourcing process across key procurement categories, delivering best-value solutions and fostering long-term supplier relationships.
- Category Management:Â Develop and implement robust category plans, informed by market insights, spend analysis, and internal business needs.
- Supplier Management:Â Manage supplier performance, resolve issues, and build strong, value-based partnerships that support business performance and innovation.
- Contract Negotiation:Â Own the negotiation of commercial terms, working closely with Legal and Risk teams to ensure compliance and protect our interests.
- Stakeholder Engagement:Â Serve as the trusted advisor for stakeholders across the business, providing procurement expertise and strategic guidance.
- Performance Monitoring:Â Track and report on procurement KPIs, including cost savings, supplier performance, and risk mitigation efforts.
- Governance & Compliance:Â Ensure all procurement activities align with our policies, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.
- MCIPS qualification (or working towards it).
- Proven experience in procurement leadership, ideally within a global or multi-site environment.
- Strong background in sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
- Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- High-level communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across time zones and cultures.
- Results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement and value creation.
