Our client, a leading global Fintech, is recruiting a Procurement Manager to oversee procurement activities across the business, with a focus on supplier selection, negotiation, contract management, and ongoing performance oversight. This is a strategic role that will work closely with all departments to support their continued growth and regulatory obligations globally. Main Responsibilities:
  • Partner with internal stakeholders across departments to identify business requirements, source solutions, and manage supplier relationships.
  • Negotiate optimal commercial terms, pricing, SLAs, and renewal terms with vendors.
  • Lead end-to-end sourcing processes from RFP through to onboarding and integration.
  • Work with legal and compliance teams to manage contracts and ensure third-party vendors meet regulatory frameworks.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure performance and values.
  • Support cross-functional projects involving new technology rollouts or vendor integrations.
  • Manage procurement budgets across departments and track actual spend vs. budgeted spending and highlight any risks or overspend.
  • Identify areas for cost savings or contract renegotiations without compromising performance or compliance.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies, processes and systems/tools and ensure procurement policies are adhered to across the organisation.
Skills / Experience:
  • 5+ years’ experience in procurement management within financial services, electronic trading or Fintech.
  • Good understanding of financial market infrastructure
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of third-party risk management and regulatory compliance 
  • Strong stakeholder management. Confident and proactive in communication with people at all levels and a good team player.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a high-growth and fast-changing environment.
