Senior General Manager Premium Dining Venue in London
We are seeking a talented Senior General Managerto lead one of Londons most exciting premium dining destinations, part of a rapidly expanding hospitality group. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a flagship venue, managing all aspects of the P&L and leading a large team across both FOH and BOH operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Take full responsibility for the financial performance of the venue, driving revenue and profitability across the main dining room, terrace, and outdoor bar. Manage GP, labour costs, and operational expenses efficiently.
Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing FOH & BOH team. Foster a culture of exceptional hospitality, coaching future leaders and ensuring premium service standards.
Oversee the daily operations, ensuring smooth service flow, accurate table management, stock control, labour planning, and timely reporting.
Work closely with the marketing team to build demand across all service periodslunch, early evening, and dinnerand maximise the commercial potential of outdoor and seasonal spaces.
Drive an unforgettable guest experience by building relationships with regulars, consistently exceeding expectations, and enhancing the reputation of the venue as one of Londons must-visit dining destinations.
Partnering to create and execute events and activations that enhance visibility, drive brand awareness, and boost revenue growth.
The right candidate must have:
Proven experience as a General Manager or Senior GM in high-volume fine dining restaurants or multifaceted venues, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional financial results.
A real Hospitality General Manager, that has excellent attention to detail, knows the industry and trends, and has great leadership and confidence.
Strong operational and financial acumen, with experience in bookings management, labour forecasting, stock control, and cost management.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage complex workflows, and lead teams through busy services and seasonal peaks.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams, collaborate with chefs, and engage effectively with senior leadership.
