The Role

We’re on the lookout for a proactive and dynamic Supply Chain & Logistics Planner to manage our end-to-end outbound operations. Working closely with key stakeholders, you’ll ensure seamless order processing, stock management, and logistics coordination.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Collaborating with major UK and European grocery retailers to ensure on-time, in-full deliveries.

  • Managing stock reconciliations and resolving discrepancies with 3PLs.

  • Working with hauliers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain operations.

  • Utilizing EDI software to handle order processing and manage product setups.

  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Ensuring accurate documentation and invoice reconciliation for month-end processes.

Who You Are:

  • Experience in supply chain and logistics within an FMCG environment, preferably in the food industry.

  • Strong knowledge of UK grocery retailers and their operational requirements.

  • Familiarity with EDI platforms for product and customer setup.

  • Analytical mindset with excellent Excel skills.

  • A confident communicator who thrives in fast-paced settings.
