Key Responsibilities
Management, Order Processing & Logistics
- Order Processing: Accurately process incoming orders, ensuring all details are correct.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, perform regular inventory counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
- Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse space.
- Route Optimization: Plan and optimize delivery routes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Supplier Relations: Coordinate with suppliers for timely and accurate deliveries.
- Courier Relations: Ensure that
- Global Logistics Watchdog: Whilst no prior experience is needed, as you step into the role, you will start monitoring the global logistics to ensure we always adhere to the latest guidelines
Communication & Coordination
- Team Updates: Keep the customer service team informed on dispatch statuses and any delays.
- Courier Liaison: Work with couriers to resolve urgent delivery issues (e.g., rerouting parcels).
- Reporting: Provide detailed reports on inventory discrepancies, stock shortages, customer behavior patterns, logistics trends, and courier costs to colleagues from upper management for informed decision-making.
Warehouse Operations
- Workplace Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean and organised, adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Inventory Audits: Assist with weekly stock audits and cycle counts.
- Product Management: Label and store incoming products accurately.
Requirements
- Communication: Good verbal and written English skills for effective team and courier interactions.
- Computer Literacy: Knowledge of AI Usage (Gemini, Claude, Perplexity), Touch-Typing, CRM Software, Logistics Software, Windows, Google Sheets, Docs.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for up to 6 hours and lift up to 20kg.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for accuracy in order fulfilment.
- Previous Experience: Prior work in warehouse or retail environments
Good to Have
- Tech Savvy: A genuine interest in technology and a desire to understand and optimize operational systems.
- Knowledge of: Polish, Romanian, Russian, Bulgarian languages
- eCommerce Experience: Familiarity with platforms such as Linnworks, Woocommerce, Amazon, eBay
- Problem-Solver: Proactive in identifying areas for improvement and implementing efficient solutions.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data and processes to enhance workflow and productivity.
Physical Demands
- Standing/Walking - 70% of Shift
- Lifting (<20kg) - 10-15 times/day
- Computer Use - 3-4 hours/day
