Warehouse & Logistics Manager Premium Events & Catering Supplier

Salary: £45,000 £50,000 per annum + potential bonus after 6 months
Hours: 45 hours per week (occasional weekends)

Are you an experienced Warehouse or Logistics Manager with a background in events or catering? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic, growing business that supports high-end events, venues, and hospitality clients across London.
The RoleAs Warehouse & Logistics Manager, youll take ownership of the day-to-day running of the warehouse and logistics operation, ensuring smooth delivery and collection of stock, equipment, and event supplies. Youll manage inventory, vehicles, and a small team, ensuring operations run efficiently and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring stock is accurately managed and well-organised.
Manage logistics, vehicle scheduling, and driver coordination.
Monitor and control stock levels, including event equipment, tableware, and beverages.
Supervise and support warehouse staff (including one zero-hour contract team member).
Ensure the fleet is well-maintained, compliant, and operating efficiently.
Liaise with event teams to coordinate deliveries and collections for upcoming jobs.
Support the wider team on-site at events when required.
Maintain health & safety and compliance standards across the warehouse.
Background in catering, events, or hospitality logistics is highly desirable.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Hands-on leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Stock management and inventory control experience essential.
Full UK driving licence preferred.
Flexible approach to working hours (occasional weekends required).
Competitive salary up to £50,000.
Potential £5,000 performance bonus after 6 months.
