Repairs Coordinator

A housing association we are working with are looking for an experienced and proactive Repairs Coordinator to join their small, ambitious team. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you'll play a key role in ensuring homes are safe, well-maintained, and sustainable.

You will be the first point of contact for day-to-day repairs, allocating work orders to contractors, monitoring progress, and ensuring repairs are completed promptly to meet customer service standards and performance targets. You will also provide administrative support across building safety and compliance, contributing to the wider operational goals.

The Ideal Candidate Will Bring:

  • Experience in a social housing-related role, with a focus on excellent customer service

  • Strong knowledge of reactive repairs and maintenance

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills

  • A flexible, hands-on approach and a passion for continuous improvement

  • The ability to resolve issues proactively and work collaboratively across teams
