Revit MEP Technician / Co-ordinator

London

£40,000 to 45,000 plus paid travel + bonus + bens

Are you looking to develop your career in BIM and Revit MEP Modelling in the Building Services sector working on large scale construction projects?

Our Client is currently looking for Intermediate/Senior level Revit Technicians (with at least 3 years experience using Revit within the Building Services / MEP sector.)

Responsibilities:

  • Producing MEP BIM models of new building construction projects, modelling and coordinating the Heating, Ventilation, Pipework, Lighting and Power Services in Revit MEP.
  • Using Navisworks to produce visual imagery and video walk-throughs.
  • Run Clash Detection of the MEP Services and generating reports in Navisworks.
  • Production of End Sheets and Record Drawings.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Revit MEP & Navis
  • MEP Building Services experience
  • Team player and keen to progress career
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship
