Foot Mobile Building Services Engineer

I am assisting a leading FM provider with their search for a Foot Mobile Maintenance Engineer to cover 3 commercial sites within London zone 1.

• Foot Mobile across 3 sites in London Zone 1 - No jumping between sites, will be based on different site each shift
• Monday - Friday Days Only (Plenty of overtime on the contract)
• Salary Range �38k-�42k dependant on experience

Duties

• Reactive maintenance of all HVAC systems on site
• PPMs and managing ppm schedule
• Being foot mobile across 3 commercial office sites in London Zone 1 - the successful candidate will not be dotted between sites, you will be allocated a specific site each working day.
• Emergency Light Testing
• Plant Room inspections
• General Plumbing
• Being part of a call out rota
