Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

I am currently recruiting for a mechanical maintenance engineer for a temporary to permanent contract with a leading facilities provider at a commercial building in Old Street starting ASAP.

The working hours are 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday.

Primary duties:

1. Mechanical PPMs
2. Mechanical reactive maintenance
3. AHU/FCU maintenance
4. Water treatment
5. Pump and motor maintenance
6. Escort sub contractors

To be suitable for this contract you must meet the below criteria:

1. Have a minimum of 3 years maintenance experience in a commercial environment.
2. Be qualified to mechanical city & guilds level 3 or equivalent (plumbing qualifications also considered).
3. Have knowledge of ventilation, calorifiers, pumps, AHU/ FCU maintenance.
4. Be able to provide a minimum of 2 references from work completed in the past 5 years.
5. Have your own safety boots and basic hand tools.

The starting hourly rate is negotiable with overtime available.
