To ensure the effective operation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems and plant across a prestigious, mixed-use estate in King's Cross. You will play a key role in delivering a safe, efficient, and compliant environment for commercial tenants, retailers, and residents.



Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems including HVAC, pumps, boilers, AHUs, FCUs, and plumbing systems.

  • Diagnose and repair mechanical faults and breakdowns in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Maintain accurate records of work carried out, including job sheets, service reports, and compliance documentation.

  • Support energy efficiency initiatives and sustainability targets across the estate.

  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and other engineers to ensure smooth operations and minimal disruption.

  • Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations, safe systems of work, and company procedures.

  • Provide input into asset life-cycle planning and continuous improvement of maintenance systems.

  • Participate in the on-call rota and respond to emergency call-outs as required.

  • Conduct inspections and tests in line with statutory compliance and estate standards.

  • Report any incidents, defects, or risks to the Facilities Management team.
