Seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer for an MEP Contractor's FM Division to bebased in and around Canary Wharf and Poplar. (Must have residential experience).

Description of Works:

Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance of mechanical systems and equipment ie plumbing and heating
Diagnose faults and implement effective solutions to heating-related issues.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations while on site.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations.

On offer is 38K-40K or negotiable Day Rate.
