About the Role:
Join a global FM company as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on mechanical systems, including HVAC, pumps, and plumbing, chillers, AHU's.
  • Electrical systems - emergency lighting, fire alarm testing, lighting
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical faults quickly and effectively.
  • Complete and update service reports and maintenance logs accurately.
  • Liaise with contractors and vendors as needed to facilitate repairs and improvements.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in any mechanical discipline HVAC/Plumbing
