Senior Engineer - Coffee Machines

Salary: Up to £42,000

Work will be mainly located within M25 Region.

A renowned client serving cafés, businesses, and home brewers through their wholesale platform and e-commerce store is seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Engineer to lead their engineering department, which services customers' coffee equipment. This position is based in East London.

Role Overview: The Lead Engineer will be responsible for driving growth, development, and profitability within the engineering department. This role involves coordinating day-to-day operations, ensuring excellent customer service for wholesale clients, and mentoring a technical support representative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the engineering department, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Drive growth and profitability within the department.
  • Coordinate daily operations and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Requirements:
