A well-established Facilities Management company based in Central London is seeking an experienced and proactive Administration Assistant to support their growing team. Working in bright, modern offices with a friendly and sociable atmosphere, the successful candidate will provide vital administrative support to four Area Managers and play a key role in the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

The role is heavily focused on the Timegate time and attendance system, which will make up around 75% of the responsibilities. The ideal candidate must have strong Excel skills, as they will be expected to input data accurately, run reports, update payroll information, maintain document libraries, and present information back to clients - which include major names such as Hermes and the Kering Group.

Additional duties will include ordering uniforms, stationery, and office supplies, answering phones, and monitoring a busy inbox for new business opportunities. Attention to detail and the ability to work independently are essential, especially when navigating and troubleshooting the Timegate system.

This position would suit someone with a solid administration background, ideally with exposure to reporting and finance. Experience within the cleaning or hospitality sectors would be advantageous.
