Business Administrator - Estate Agency

Location: South Woodford, E18Job Type: Full-TimeSalary: Up to £32,000 DOEWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm (1-hour lunch)

Are you a proactive and organised administrator with a passion for property and client service? We’re looking for a Business Administrator to join a dynamic estate agency team in South Woodford. This is a key role supporting the smooth running of the office and helping to drive the agency’s sales and lettings activities.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Property Promotion

  • Create high-quality brochures and online marketing materials
  • Update and manage property listings across websites, portals, and CRM systems
  • Schedule and publish engaging social media content

Sales & Lettings Support

  • Assist with tenancy agreements, sales documentation, and client correspondence
  • Communicate with tenants, landlords, and buyers when required

Finance & Payments

  • Generate and send invoices
  • Assist in processing supplier and contractor payments
  • Keep financial records up to date

Office Administration

  • Manage office supplies and ensure everything runs smoothly
  • Schedule meetings and manage meeting room availability
  • Ensure the office is well maintained and presentable

PA Support

  • Manage diaries, appointments, and travel for senior staff
  • Draft and proof correspondence and reports for directors

What We’re Looking For

Essential

  • Solid administrative experience (property sector preferred)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident with Microsoft Office and social media platforms

Desirable

  • Familiarity with property CRM systems (e.g., Alto, Vebra, Reapit)
  • Understanding of the sales and lettings process
