- Opening client accounts whilst adhering to AML regulations
- Provide admin support for portfolio transfers
- Updating client information on the system
- Obtain and review CGT (Capital Gains Tax) information
- Process account closures
- Prepare, manage and file client correspondence and records
- Handle incoming calls promptly, taking accurate messages and presenting a good image of the company
- Administration support such as reception cover and helping set up for meetings
- Proven experience within a client-facing administrative role within Financial Services
- Understanding of regulations and compliance within FS
- Excellent attention to detail
- Written and verbal communication skills
