An established and friendly company are current looking for a Client Administrator. The Client Administrator role involves dealing with queries, updating contracts, management of documents and providing administrative support to the wider team.

  • £26,000 to £28,000
  • Office based
  • Parking on-site - close to mainline stations

Client Administrator duties:

  • Answering telephone and email queries from clients regarding aspects of their contracts
  • Managing complaints in line with procedures, liaising with the Management Team as required
  • Creating folders for new contracts, ensuring H&S & RAMs procedures in line with client contracts
  • Monitoring and recording of client annual review dates and sharing to various accreditation portals
  • Creating new documents for contracts and implementing any changes
  • Creating assessment sheets and liaising with the Technical Team
  • Liaising with the Compliance Team regarding audits, tenders and accreditations
  • Creating presentations to provide information and guidance to Engineers and staff members

Client Administrator requirements:

  • Experience within a similar role desirable
  • IT proficient - Word, Excel and Outlook
