An established and friendly company are current looking for a Client Administrator. The Client Administrator role involves dealing with queries, updating contracts, management of documents and providing administrative support to the wider team.

- Parking on-site - close to mainline stations
Client Administrator duties:
- Answering telephone and email queries from clients regarding aspects of their contracts
- Managing complaints in line with procedures, liaising with the Management Team as required
- Creating folders for new contracts, ensuring H&S & RAMs procedures in line with client contracts
- Monitoring and recording of client annual review dates and sharing to various accreditation portals
- Creating new documents for contracts and implementing any changes
- Creating assessment sheets and liaising with the Technical Team
- Liaising with the Compliance Team regarding audits, tenders and accreditations
- Creating presentations to provide information and guidance to Engineers and staff members
Client Administrator requirements:
- Experience within a similar role desirable
- IT proficient - Word, Excel and Outlook
