The Opportunity

We are exclusively partnering with a long-established, highly ethical financial planning business based in Central London. As a Client Services and Office Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in:

  • Supporting the Managing Director
  • Coordinating day-to-day office operations
  • Delivering an exceptional client experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide PA support to the Managing Director, including diary and travel management
  • Coordinate distribution of client communications (newsletters, brochures, marketing materials)
  • Assist with planning and managing client events, seminars, and internal functions
  • Act as first point of contact for visiting clients – managing documentation, updating CRM records, and delivering a polished, professional welcome
  • Liaise with advisers to ensure client meetings run seamlessly
  • Support wider marketing projects and business initiatives

About You

You will be:

  • Professional, personable, and polished, with excellent organisational skills
  • Experienced in office administration, PA, client services, or marketing support – ideally within financial services (though not essential)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Comfortable liaising with high-net-worth clients in a confidential, professional manner
  • Enthusiastic, collaborative, and committed to building a long-term career within a supportive team
